Implementation Support
Diagnosis without a repair doesn't fix anything. This is where the fix actually happens.
Once the audit identifies where you're losing money, whether is it on purchasing, stocking, or both, I help you act on it. That may mean renegotiating terms with your current suppliers, adjusting how much of a part you keep on hand, or restructuring how purchasing decisions get made, I handle the legwork. This is a flat fee based on the scope of the work, agreed on upfront before anything begins.
Ongoing Consulting
You wouldn't run a job without the right gauges. This retainer works the same way. It's there so your purchasing stays dialed in without you having to think about it.
For shops that want continued oversight after implementation. I review your supplier invoices on an ongoing basis, flag pricing changes or creep before they cost you, and stay available as a resource whenever you're making purchasing decisions. Every quarter, I provide a summary of what's changed and what it's saved you. We revisit whether the retainer is still delivering value. Starts with a 3-month commitment, priced based on the size and complexity of your operation.
