SupplyTech Solutions is a procurement and inventory consulting firm built specifically for small independent HVAC shops.

A lot of these operations are run by owners who are great at the trade but don't have anyone dedicated to managing what they spend on parts and supplies. Which means they're often overpaying without knowing it.

My name is Lorenzo Otto and I come from the industry. I've spent time in the field as a technician. I know what it’s like to need a part on a job and pay whatever the distributor charges on an emergency call. From there, I moved into being a parts coordinator, where I got to learn the other side of the industry. How suppliers set their prices, where the margin is built in, and how purchasing decisions get made. Now on the manufacturer side at one of the world’s largest HVAC companies. I understand the full supply chain from production to the truck. SupplyTech Solutions exists because I know exactly how distributors and supply houses think. I built this to make that knowledge work for the shops instead of against them.

What I do is audit a shop's purchasing and inventory habits, identify where they're leaving money on the table, and help them fix it. It's not about replacing their supplier relationships. It's about making those relationships work harder for them instead of for the distributor.
